Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

Before returning an item, email service@Aurelixi.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions will be provided by email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include clear photos or video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized goods, final-sale items, gift cards, downloadable products, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons are not returnable unless defective or required by law.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges and Cancellations

For exchanges, contact us to confirm availability and instructions. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible; an order cannot be cancelled after fulfillment has begun.
